Yes, a sizing guide is provided, especially bust size would be important to have. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to be sure of their sizes. Remember that coats- and jackets are usually worn over other shirts/dresses, it’s advisable to size up.
Harnesses/bustiers or underwear should be chosen well with the size you know you fit best.
No stipulated underwear garments can be returned or refunded for hygienic reasons.Your length should also be noted as the fit will differ from very short to very tall.

The KittyKink Apparel website is designed specifically with the idea in mind that clients have different body types, so with the coats especially, buyers are ADVISED to size up one size, because sweaters, thicker shirts and items such as winter underwear is usually worn underneath - a coat should not fit too tight over shoulders when worn over clothes, and sizing up helps for that ease. So keep that in mind when choosing coats and choose as many of the different variants, such as your bust size, your length - this will truly help our brand giving you a good fitting coat, generally for outwear the rule would be for a size bigger.

To request an exchange, please email hello@kittykinkapparel.com with your order number and we will get back to you to facilitate the exchange. Collection will be arranged at the buyer's own cost, but a new item will be delivered free of charge. Buyer’s are strongly advised to inspect the sizing chart well, to make sure the correct size is ordered, with bust size and height being the two most important features. Please note, that a new item/ will need to be manufactured, so there will be a new lead-time of 10-15 working days before shipping commences.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the hang tag still attached. Again, KittyKink kindly stresses to make as sure as possible that your size matches the sizing chart, and for outerwear such as coats, to rather size up.
No stipulated underwear garments can be returned or refunded for hygienic reasons.
