When working on the KittyKink brand, it was a whole development on what the logo should look like and how the brand should look like, in what way it should be represented - and I loved the idea of a mascot.

An entity that would carry the brand in a quiet but still powerful way, and I worked on a strong look for my lady, called Kitty. I loved her glasses, her dark glossy lipstick and the cheeky addition of little cat ears made it all the more fun, and I felt the look was a completed representation of KittyKink.

The KittyKink byline is also Fusing Beauty with Kink. Throughout my whole adult life, I’ve extensively studied fashion magazines and online forums, and so many industries follow the exact same look and recipes. Perhaps that’s why some of them work so well, because of their age-old cookie cutter, but in the influx of online information, they can then also get lost a little. With KittyKink I didn’t just want another sensual apparel website, looking like any other.

The use of bright, fun colors such as pinks, yellows, reds and the opulent feeling of purple, was the thing I knew would give KittyKink a different feeling completely, and I didn’t want the “sleaze” to be the first word that comes to mind when the audience cast their eyes on my carefully curated site, which has so much work put into it, and thought behind it.

So creating Kitty was a fun experience, and I love her look. I’ve stared at her for almost two years now - as this idea has been brewing for quite some time already - and I still love her and how she just looks so fierce and strong. She is lovely and I’m so happy with how she turned out.
